Data Deletion Instructions — campaigner-mms App

The campaigner-mms internal application, operated by Campaigner Marketing Solutions, processes data accessed via Meta's Marketing API for the agency's internal advertising operations. The App does not directly collect personal data from end users.
How to request data deletion
If you believe Campaigner Marketing Solutions holds personal data about you (e.g., your data appeared in a Custom Audience uploaded by one of our clients), you may request deletion of that data.
To submit a deletion request, please send an email to [email protected] with:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your full name and the email address you believe is associated with the data
- The name of the client/business whose advertising you saw
- Any reference (e.g., ad ID or campaign name) if known
Response time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion (or explain why we cannot) within 30 days, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
What happens after deletion
Upon a verified request:
- Any Custom Audience entries derived from your data will be removed from our managed lists
- Aggregated reporting data, which does not personally identify you, may be retained
- Original client-provided source files are processed in-memory and are not stored in raw form, so no separate deletion is required for those
